At Themis Recruit, we try to do things a little differently and here is our service promise:-

  • Before we submit any CV we will discuss with you suitability for the role, and we will not submit your CV unless in our opinion the employer would reasonably seriously consider you for the role in question.
  • We will not submit your CV for a vacancy without your express permission.
  • We do not submit CVs on a speculative basis to employers- this not only devalues the candidate but often limits scope of opportunities if roles come up at a later date with the same employer.
  • We will help you prepare for the interview and issues our client may wish to address with you to give you the best chance of success.
  • We will deal with all CVs and enquiries on a confidential basis.
  • If you are unsuccessful -we will provide feedback and assist where we can with other opportunities.
